My daughter, Allyson, recently began the road to a more beautiful smile and I am happy to say we chose Turpin Orthodontics! As a parent, I have been please with them in many ways. They have been flexible in scheduling her appointments & making her feel comfortable throughout the process (as well as myself). The entire staff (Monroe/West Monroe locations) have been extremely friendly and explained everything before proceeding with each visit. They greet us with a smile at every appointment. They have also been very informative and kind. I am looking forward to her journey with them over the next few months!

The staff at Turpin Orthodontics are hands down the Best! My first experience was over 20 years ago with Dr. Grafton and I must say that Dr. Mellie and her staff is carrying on the great customer service experience that her dad and his staff gave to his patients. The Caring is Real! My daughter also had her first experience here as a high schooler and now that she’s about to graduate college she’s trying her best to come back although her teeth are perfect, thanks to you guys! Tom Brady who? You guys are the real G.O.A.T.

We love this place. The staff is VERY friendly and actually take the time to explain everything in detail to myself as well as my eight year old daughter. She was very nervous and they took the time to even show her what they weee doing and putting in her mouth before they just started shoving things in there as well as told her what to expect. The prices are very reasonable as well. Would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs orthodontics.

Our experience has been nothing but pleasant at Turpin Orthodontics in Monroe! The staff is super friendly and time efficient. My little girl loves to participate when they have theme days, and I think it’s a great way to get kids excited about going to the orthodontist. Not to mention their office seems very state of the art! Nothing but good things to say.
